If you are attending the Sunday, December 14 Nutcracker performance at the Vilar Center, you may pick up your winning items before the performance, during intermission, or after the show.

Items not collected at the performance may be picked up at First Western Trust Bank, located in the Seasons Building in Avon. Please park on the north side of the building near Avon Town Hall, 100 Mikaela Way, Avon, CO 81620.

Pick-up hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Items not collected by Friday, December 19, 2025 will be donated back to the Vail Youth Ballet Company unless other arrangements have been made.
Nutcracker Program: Business Ads & Parent Ads

Vail Friends of Dance has presented The Nutcracker for 34 years to celebrate the beginning of the holiday season. Our beautiful program is printed in full color and reaches approximately 2,000 locals and visitors in attendance across four performances, December 12, 13, 14, 2025.

Business Ads are available in 1/4, 1/2 and full-page options with 3 cover opportunities. Specs and pricing can be found here
For Businesses interested in a higher level of support, we encourage consideration of becoming a Sponsor of Vail Friends of Dance. Many giving levels are available with additional information outlined here.

Parent Ads are a wonderful way to celebrate dancers with a 1/4 page in the Nutcracker Program. Often time parents, grandparents or groups of parents purchase ads featuring their dancer(s). Photos taken on picture day (Nov. 1st) are used in these ads.
