If your dancer is not in VBYC, an Icicle, in Russian, English Toffee or in Arabian, they do not have rehearsals today.
3:00pm – Arrival for Pas de Deux couples only
3:15pm-4:15pm – Warm-up and rehearsals for pas de deux couples only
4:30pm – Call Time for VYBC, Icicles, Arabian, Russian and English Toffee
5:00pm-5:30pm - Warm-up class
5:30pm – Spacing/Dry Tech
8:45pm-9:00pm – Release time

Wednesday, December 10, 2025 – Tech Rehearsal at THE VILAR
3:00pm – Call time for Pas de Deux couples only
3:00pm-4:00pm – Rehearsal for Pas de Deux couples only
4:00pm – Call Time for Battle Scene and Peppermints
4:15pm-5:15pm – Tech Rehearsal for Battle Scene and Peppermints
5:00pm – Call Time for Reindeer, Angels All, and Cherubs
5:15pm-6:15pm – Tech Rehearsal for Reindeer, Angels All, and Cherubs

6:15pm-6:30pm – BREAK
6:15pm – Arrival Time for Party Scene
6:30pm-8:30pm – Tech Rehearsal for Party Scene

Thursday, December 11, 2025 – Dress Rehearsal at THE VILAR FULL CAST
3:00pm – Call time for Pas de Deux couples only
3:00pm-4:00pm – Rehearsal for Pas de Deux couples only
4:00pm – Call Time for all dancers (Dancers on pointe MUST warm themselves up
prior to starting this rehearsal. NO EXCEPTIONS.)
4:45pm – Dress Rehearsal Act I Begins
6:45pm – BREAK (Dancers need to bring something to eat and drink. This needs to be
easy to eat and clean up. We do not have access to a microwave or refrigerator. Please do
not send your dancer with a colored drink. WATER ONLY).
7:15pm – Dress Rehearsal Act II Begins
8:45pm – Release Time if everything runs smoothly

8:45am-9:15am – Warm-up for STARS Performance
10:00am-10:45am – STARS Performance #1

12:30pm-1:15pm – STARS Performance #2
1:15pm-5:00pm – BREAK - Dancers should leave the Vilar during this break
5:00pm – Arrival for Vail Youth Ballet Company
5:15pm-6:00pm – Warm up class for VYBC
6:00pm – Call Time for VVAD dancers and Party Parents

7:00pm – Performance #3
9:30pm – Estimated End Time

Saturday, December 13, 2025 – Performance #4/#5 at The Vilar
10:45am – Call time for VYBC
11:00am-11:45am – Warm-up for VYBC
11:45am-12:00pm – Call Time for VVAD dancers and Party Parents
