Thursday, December 19, 2024 – Performance #1 at The Vilar

VYBC Sisters Christmas Stocking Treats & Gift

Dancers were provided with a Christmas Stocking at the December 7 Rehearsal to fill with treats, homemade gift or anything you wish! This is part of the Opening Night dancers gift exchange with your sister on Thursday, December 19th. *Total max spend $20.

** Dancers need to arrive at The Vilar with their hair and makeup done for their first role. They need to be dressed in their ballet tights and nude leotard under their street clothes. We do not have enough volunteers to do all the dancer’s hair and makeup.

4:00pm-4:45pm – Rehearsal for Pas de deux couples 

4:45pm – Arrival for Vail Youth Ballet Company and dancers in Russian and Chinese

5:00pm-6:00pm – Warm up class for VYBC and dancers in Russian and Chinese

6:00pm – Call Time for dancers

6:00pm – Stage Clear for Crew Break and Act I set up 

7:00pm – Performance #1

9:30pm – Estimated End Time

 

Friday, December 20, 2024 – Performance #2 at The Vilar

Secret Santa Gifts Night One

The first gift ($15 - $20) will be given on Friday; there will be a table backstage to leave gifts secretly.

**Dancers need to arrive at The Vilar with their hair and makeup done for their first role. They need to be dressed in their ballet tights and nude leotard under their street clothes. We do not have enough volunteers to do all the dancer’s hair and makeup.

3:45pm-4:30pm – Call time and rehearsal for Pas couples

4:30pm – Call time for VYBC Dancers and Dancers in Russian and Chinese

4:45pm-5:45pm – Warm up class for VYBC Dancers and Dancers in Russian and Chinese

6:00pm – Call Time for all other dancers

6:00pm – Stage Clear for Crew Break and Act I set up 

7:00pm – Performance #1

9:30pm – Estimated End Time

 

Saturday, December 21, 2024 – Performance #3 and #4 at The Vilar

Secret Santa Gifts Night Two

The second gift ($40 or whatever you're comfortable with) will be given Saturday when you reveal who you have.

**Dancers need to arrive at The Vilar with their hair and makeup done for their first role. They need to be dressed in their ballet tights and nude leotard under their street clothes. We do not have enough volunteers to do all the dancer’s hair and makeup.

10:30am – Call time for VYBC Dancers and Dancers in Russian and Chinese

10:45am-11:45am – Warm up class for VYBC Dancers and Dancers in Russian and Chinese

11:45am-12:00pm – Call Time for all other dancers

11:45am-1:00pm – Stage Clear

1:00pm – Performance #3

3:30pm – Estimated End Time for Performance #3

3:30pm-4:00pm – Meet and Greet on stage (required for all VYBC Dancers)

4:00pm-5:15pm – Dinner Break for VYBC Dancers

5:30pm-6:15pm – Warm up class for VYBC Dancers

6:00pm – Call Time for dancers

7:00pm – Performance #4

9:30pm – Estimated End Time
