2023 Nutcracker Program
Business & Parent Ad Rates and Specs
For 22 years, Vail Friends of the Dance has presented The Nutcracker in December. We are excited to bring this wonderful family story to our community as the holiday season begins. Four performances take place at the Vilar Center December 15, 16, 17, 2023.
Our 7” x 8.5” program is printed in full color and will reach approximately 2,000 people attending four shows.
Parents of dancers may purchase an ad to celebrate their dancer’s performance. Each full-color ad will cost $200 and you may group a few students and split the cost.

*Parent ads will ONLY be sold from October 15 - 28. Ads must be purchased and copy supplied by Oct. 28 or you will not receive a parent ad in this year's program!

For Parent ads:
Complimentary photos of your dancer in Costume will be taken Saturday, November 11 at rehearsal.

When submitting the form online, be sure to select Parent Color for the size and Parent Ad for the Ad Type.
To pay via Venmo or check (vs. credit card), enter the code vailfriends in the "Enter Coupon" space and then submit your Venmo or mail your check to VFOD.

Parent ad submissions and payments must be received by October 28.

Business ad submissions and payments must be received by November 15.

The cost of your ad includes design and production if you are not providing us with camera ready art.
